DESCRIPTION

Sugar Loop
Beginner
Our most popular trail for its gentle slopes and combination of woods and open fields. Skiing the entire loop is a staple for all of those visiting for the first time or with the entire family. It is also frequently used because it is the major trail that provides access to all trails on the Farm side of County Road.
Morse Farm Way
Beginner
Short but sweet. Ski through the past summer’s crop of sweet corn and pumpkins. Enjoy the viewpoint of the sugar shack, barns, wide spread trail network, gift shop and touring center. Photographers take notice.
Skimmer Loop
Intermediate
This loop provides a unique and close-up view of sugaring lines through a maple forest. It also has open field sections with sweeping turns.
Skimmer Woods
Advanced
The most intimate view of Morse’s sugaring operation. This is rated Advanced because of a very short and steep downhill at its end. Only experienced skiers should attempt.
Onion River Way
Beginner
We felt compelled to give Onion River Sports their own trail. It is a short but wide field trail that will certainly improve your form. It also weaves through a section of the Christmas tree farm. Thank you ORS for all of your support and outgoing spirit. Long live outdoor sports with muscles, not motors.
Fancy Loop
Intermediate
The most easily accessible woods trail from our parking lot. A beautiful series of short uphill climbs to long and rewarding downhills will keep you guessing and excited to see what is around the next corner. A popular way to access Maple Loop.
Maple Loop
Advanced
Our longest and most challenging trail. For the experienced skier, this trail is highly recommended. It combines short uphills with twisting/banked downhills that keep even the most experienced on their toes.
Sap Run
Intermediate
A short loop contained within Maple Loop. It is generally used as a connection for access to Maple or a shortcut back to Sugar Run. It is also a popular loop for those who would like to enjoy the woods without having to manage steep uphills or downhills.
Dot’s Meadow
Beginner
A ski racer’s training dream. Located just across County Road, this trail is very wide, flat, and frequently features double sets of classic tracks. A perfect location for working on form or performing time trials. It is also wide enough to include your whole family that seeks a nice flat surface to practice.
Dot’s Little Loop
Intermediate
A fun extension to the meadow loop that provides access to a wide variety of trails. The loop itself features a very balanced variety of uphills and downhills and a number of sweeping switchbacks designed so that you won’t have to slow yourself down, if comfortable with the terrain.
Harry’s Heaven
Intermediate
Ski this well designed woods trail and experience a wide variety of terrain that is remote and overflowing with history.
Frog Run
Intermediate
Manager’s Pick. “The best and most beautiful trail for all abilities.” It features a wide variety of ever-changing terrain and forest types while providing access to the beautiful views of West Wind and Stone Loop.
West Wind Loop
Intermediate
This trail provides the most awe-inspiring views of all trails in our network. Views of Sugarbush ski resort, Camel’s Hump, and the Worcester Mountain Range will make the long ski very worthwhile. The trail itself is wide, flat, and frequently features double sets of classic tracks. Great for training for both skating and classic styles.
Stone Loop
Intermediate
Our newest trail that is accessible from Frog Run. It combines a majestic woods section with a very exhilerating and challenging open field section. It has replaced Skimmer with the classification of “the farthest trail south of the farm”.
